I’m Patricia, founder of Pleasurelit®, embodiment educator, mother, and a woman who has explored pleasure deeply and practically for many years.
If you’re here, you’re probably not looking for gimmicks. You want something that actually feels good in your body. Something that fits into your real life with responsibility, work, children, leadership, relationships.
Over the past years I have reviewed 250+ pleasure toys, tools, products, platforms, practices, and resources (I personally own more than 400 tools by now). Why? Because I’m devoted to understanding what genuinely supports a woman’s capacity to feel more, to experience more pleasure.
I know what it’s like to be high functioning and disconnected. To look like everything is great, but deep inside the body feels tense, numb, or “on” all the time. The right tools won’t fix that. But they can support curiosity, sensation, regulation, confidence.. they can be a portal to pleasure.

I test everything myself. Intentionally and more than once. I pay attention to how something feels in different seasons of my life, different phases of my cycle, or in different emotional states. I notice whether it creates pressure or permission and whether it supports presence or performance.
Sometimes I love something and keep reaching for it. Sometimes it’s a no. Sometimes it’s powerful, but only for a certain woman at a certain stage.
And I will tell you that clearly.

Most reviews are sponsored and I’m transparent about that. Thats how I am able to take my time to review them with full presence. I only collaborate with brands I’m willing to stand behind, and I never soften my opinion for a paycheck.
This space isn’t about buying more for the sake of it. It’s about supporting your relationship with your body and your pleasure.
Pleasure doesn’t come from a product. It comes from you. But the right tool can help you access parts of yourself you have been too busy to feel.
